BRAND MANAGER JUNIOR (h/f) (H/F)

As Junior Brand Manager, you will support the Brand Manager in bringing brand platforms and marketing campaigns to life, working closely with internal teams, agencies and local markets:

Brand Strategy : Campaign Development & Execution
- Support the Brand Manager in the development of the global brand strategy and annual marketing plan.
- Contribute to the development of 360° brand campaigns, both offline and online, from storytelling and creative brief to production and delivery.
- Help ensure that campaign concepts, messages and assets are fully aligned with the brand positioning, consumer insights, business objectives and group guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative partners to facilitate the development of communication assets across key touchpoints.

Brand Content : Toolkits & Market Activation Support
- Develop and update campaign toolkits, brand guidelines and activation materials to support local market implementation.
- Prepare clear and practical communication materials for regions and countries, covering topics such as visual merchandising, influencer marketing, social media, CRM, digital content and retail activation.
- Support markets by providing the right tools, assets and recommendations to ensure consistent and effective brand deployment.
- Contribute to the management and update of global brand websites, ensuring that new campaigns, brand content and product-related materials are published when needed.

Cross-Functional Coordination, Market Intelligence & Performance Support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative Hub or external agencies, Product, Legal, Digital, Retail and other key stakeholders based in headquarters and regions.
- Facilitate alignment between teams during key project phases to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, competitor activities and best practices in eyewear, fashion, retail and digital communication.
- Prepare benchmarks, competitive reviews and strategic insights to support brand positioning, campaign development and future marketing recommendations.

Skills & Education
- BAC +5
- Graduate from Business school and master's in marketing/communication
- 3 years of experience in marketing/communication
- Digital & Social skills are mandatory; retail knowledge envi-ronment will be a plus.

Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) - Level C1.
- knowledge of Italian would be considered a strong asset.
- Good Management of Pack office (Excel & ppt), any additional creative software knowledge is a plus
